  • 3 tablespoons of shea butter (45 g)
  • Three tablespoons of magnesium oil (45 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel (45 g)
  • 1 glass container

Preparation

  • The first thing to do is to mix the arnica flowers and comfrey leaves in the glass container.
  • Then add the olive oil and heat in a bain-marie.
  • Lower the heat and let sit for two or three hours, making sure the water does not evaporate completely.
  • When it’s ready, add the beeswax to a saucepan. And melt it with the same method or in the microwave.
  • Mix the two ingredients and add the shea butter so that it mixes well with the rest.
  • Remove the product from the heat and let it cool until you notice a layer build up on the top.
  • While the product is cooling, combine the magnesium oil with the aloe vera gel in a heat-resistant container.
  • Heat the water in a saucepan and heat the container when it boils (also in a bain-marie).
  • Once the two products are well mixed, combine everything with the wax mixture.
  • Stir everything for five minutes and let it solidify.
  • Cover the glass container tightly and store it in a cool, dry place.

  • Rub for 10 minutes and relax.
