5 High Protein Masks To Hydrate Your Hair

In order to get the best results it is best not to use these masks too frequently. It is usually recommended to apply them once a week for beautiful hair.

How often do you take care of and hydrate your hair? Most of us only care when the first signs of split ends or dandruff appear.
