Other recommendations

Although your skin can tend to dry out, most of the time it’s the result of a lack of hydration. Some tips to reduce it are:

  • Drink enough water. It is recommended that you consume two liters of water per day, but if it is too hot and you have a very busy day, you may need more.
  • Reduce the temperature and frequency of your showers. Some people have a habit of bathing twice a day or more when it is too hot. If you notice that your skin seems drier, limit your showers to once a day and only with hot or lukewarm water.
  • Use cotton clothes. Excessive heat can dry out your skin. To make your skin sweat easier and prevent sweat build-up, wear light, cool cotton clothing.

Aren’t these scrubs for dry skin exceptional? All of them are fantastic, although chocolate is, without a doubt, the most appealing.
